Q) The preview shows 42 pages, but when I customize my album, I only see the Front Cover, Back Cover and Pages 38 through 41. How many pages can I customize in my album?A) You can customize four (4) pages of the album, plus the back cover. We show all pages of the album in the preview to give customers the opportunity to look at all pages before making a decision to purchase.
Q) ) I have a lot of images that I'd like to use. How many photos can I use to customize my Album?
A) There are a minimum of four (4) and a maximum of twenty (20) placeholders for personal images in the Album.
Q) Can I add additional pages for customization?
A) No, the layout is specifically designed to allow the four (4) custom pages, plus the back cover.
Q) I have a typo in one of the captions in my album, but I already submitted the order, what are my options?
A) We produce each Album as a custom made-to-order product according to your particular specifications. As a result, all sales are final. We will, however, gladly replace any products that have manufacturing defects.
Q) I'd like to change the number of pictures on a page, but I'm not sure where the Change Layout button is?

Q) When I put my picture in the image box, I get a red exclamation point warning saying "You have an overflowing text box or low resolution photo..." What does this mean?
A) Making a printed album requires higher resolutions photos than displaying the picture on your monitor or mobile phone. This warning means that your photo is not high enough resolution. This may happen if you used a mobile phone to take the photo, or if you are using one of the larger images boxes. Try using a smaller image box first, and if your picture resolution is still to low, you will have to use a different photo of higher resolution. This warning also displays if you have put too much text into a text box. To remedy the text length problem, you should make your text caption shorter.
Q) Many of the page layouts look similar when I click on the
A) If you place your cursor over a layout for a second, or two, a larger preview will appear.
Q) How long does it take to get my custom album?
A) Your custom album will ship from our manufacturing operation in Rochester, NY within 10 to 14 business days. Delivery of the album after shipment will be a function of the shipping method selected and your delivery location.
Q) I selected the option to use images from my Photobucket Account for inclusion in the book, but when I do so, it takes me out of the custom album site. Is that correct?
A) Yes. You must authorize our access to your Photobucket image sets for inclusion in the tray of images available for you custom album. This access is only for the purpose of downloading your pictures to the album creation tool, does not allow any access beyond the creation of your custom printed album.
Q) I wasn't at the inauguration, so I don't have any images that I think would be appropriate to use, but I want to make a book. What are my options?
A) We've provided an Inaugural Gallery of professional photos, so even if you don't have images you wish to use in the book, there's a whole set of images for you to choose from. If you have images of your own but not enough to fill your custom pages, you can complete your album using pictures from the Inaugural Gallery. Below is a screen capture of where to locate the Inaugural Gallery once youo're in the customization application.
Q) I ordered my Album, but decided that I added a photo that I did not really want to use. Can I cancel my order?
A) No. Once the custom album order has been submitted for production the book cannot be canceled.
Q) I received my book and I am not happy with the quality of the book, what do I do?
A) Send an email to Customer Service. Please include all details regarding your complaint and a phone number where we can reach you, and we will call to discuss the process for returns.
